Disaster Case Manager

Connecting Point is looking for a Disaster Case Manager to work closely with individuals and families impacted by wildfire and other natural disasters. The goal of this program is to establish relationships with survivors of events. Disaster Case Managers (DCMs) connect survivors to available community financial resources, identify household needs and program eligibility, and assist with advocacy and appeals. Resource Specialist (211)

Connecting Point is looking for a Resource Specialist to support the 211 team. Resource Specialists network throughout Nevada County, Placer County, and the Tahoe-Truckee region to identify and verify free or low-cost programs and services for the community. Successful Resource Specialists are methodical and pay great attention to detail, as they maintain 211’s resource database using AIRS taxonomy codes.
